How to Use Your Neuro Ease Pads
Step 1. Clean and dry the area where you'll apply the pad (feet, back, shoulders, legs, etc.).
Step 2. Remove the pad from packaging and peel off the protective backing.
Step 3. Apply the pad directly to the area of discomfort. For feet, position in the center of the arch. For other areas, place directly over the uncomfortable spot.
Step 4. Secure with the adhesive sheet. The pad will begin warming gently upon contact with your skin.
Step 5. Leave on for 6-8 hours (overnight is ideal). Remove in the morning and discard. Wipe area clean with a damp cloth.
For best results, use consistently for 10 nights, then as needed for ongoing support. You can use multiple pads simultaneously on different body areas.
