Suggested use is no more than 2-3 times a week and about 3-5minutes per target area. Once desired results are reached you may cup 1x a week for maintenance and relaxation.

Cupping targets cellulite like diet, exercise and creams alone can’t. Cupping helps activate blood circulation and lymphatic system. The negative pressure from vacuum suction lifts, stretches and releases fascial adhesion/restrictions that contributes to the orange peel look known as cellulite. Cupping massage helps untangle bound fascia to the improve the appearance of cellulite resulting in a smoother, firmer and toned looking skin.

Cupping should always be done on clean skin.  Prepare skin prior to cupping by warming it up first so that fascia becomes more pliable and responds better to cupping with less sensitivity. Apply Bare cellulite oil or another gliding agent. You may use the suction-release technique or the “moving or gliding” massage strokes. Skin tone and body contours vary. Because of this, suction may break in some areas. This is normal. Add more oil, reapply the cup and continue your routine. Temporary redness or itching is possible, but typically normal due to increased vascularity and will disappear shortly. *Be sure to read contraindications and suggested tips for safe and optimal results.

When cupping for the first time, temporary bruising and soreness can be expected. There are several other factors that may contribute to bruising or discomfort:

1. Using a strong suction - go light.

2. Cupping area/skin has not been prepped/warmed up. Warm up your muscles with a warm bath or a shower, dry body brushing or use a massage roller first.

3. Cupping over dry skin. Use a good amount of Lure Essentials Bare cellulite oil or other lubricant for easy glide of your cup or cup in the shower with water and body wash.

4. Start with a light suction-release, reposition the cup and repeat method to loosen up tight fascia and boost blood flow. 

Remember, less is more especially when it’s your first time cupping. If any pain or discomfort is felt, remove the cup and reapply with a lighter suction.

Cupping is generally contraindicated for varicose veins, except for when done by professionals. Please consult a medical specialist.

Cupping is contraindicated for those with history of blood clots, if prone to blood clotting or if taking blood thinners. Be sure to speak with your medical professional.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
