I really like these cups. The name Chakra is a little misleading, because you can use them anywhere. They are perfect for smaller areas of the body such as the hands and feet (which is what I use them for). These are great for things like carpal tunnel or plantar fasciitis.

Great but sizing isn't ideal
I have hand issues and really love the smaller pieces. The larger sizes however are just too hard for me to apply pressure. I wish I could get a bag of the extra small ones!

The name of the chakra cupping set is deceiving as they are not actually made to be used on the charkras . Because of the name I almost overlooked these cups. They work similar to the energy cups except they come in jewel tone colors and are of varied sizes. It is the different sizes that make these cups desirable. Especially the smaller ones that can be used on wrists, ankles and the pad of the thumb. I own all of the various cupping sets that Lure sells and this was the last set I bought. I would have bought them sooner if I had understood the benefits of the set and do recommend them to others.
